How do I calculate the wet/dry ratio from send and return levels?

The effective wet level = send level + return level + effect mix (in dB). The wet/dry ratio is then the linear ratio of wet to dry: 10^(wet level/20) / 10^(dry level/20). A -6 dB send with 0 dB return gives a wet/dry ratio of about 1:2 (33% wet).

What is a good reverb send level for vocals?
